Week two has been full of progress. The Ideal team has been working hard on excavating and pouring grade beams for building AB. Ideal has also begun erecting steel in the first and second sequence of building AB. The steel goes up very fast, and day to day progress is noticeable. My week has consisted of updating all to the equipment and material logs. These are very useful for when costs have to be forecasted. I have also started learning how to use Bluebeam to modify PDF's when sending in submitals. RFI's have been a big part in what I  have started to learn. Every one from Ideal and Barton Malow have been great to work with. Here are some pictures of progress on building AB and the parking garage.
